Lumi Live is the newer and more feature-rich platform, with support for LIVE TV, EPG, Favorites, Search, and supported VOD content where available from the user’s IPTV source. Velox Plus focuses on fast, lightweight IPTV playback, simple navigation, channel browsing, EPG, Favorites, and everyday TV use. The best choice depends on the features you need and the application available for your specific TV model and region. No. Lumi Live, Velox Plus, and Velox Player do not provide, host, sell, or distribute TV channels, movies, series, IPTV subscriptions, or other media content. Users must provide their own legally obtained IPTV source. No. We provide TV player applications only. We do not sell IPTV subscriptions or provide television channel packages. The applications support user-provided M3U IPTV playlists. Depending on the application, platform, and IPTV source, XMLTV / EPG information may also be supported. EPG stands for Electronic Program Guide. When supported by your IPTV provider, EPG can display information such as: The amount of information available depends on the EPG source supplied by your IPTV provider. EPG information is provided by your IPTV provider or XMLTV source. If EPG information is unavailable, incorrectly mapped, or missing for a particular channel, the player cannot generate that information independently. The players support standard compatible IPTV sources, but compatibility with every provider cannot be guaranteed. IPTV providers may use different stream formats, codecs, authentication methods, connection restrictions, or server configurations. If a playlist works in one player but not another, this does not necessarily indicate a problem with the TV application. Yes. The applications are designed for users who already have their own IPTV source. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to access and use the playlist and media content you add to the application. Yes. Where playlist management is supported, you can replace your existing IPTV source with another compatible playlist. You are responsible for ensuring that the new source is legally obtained and compatible with the application. This depends primarily on your IPTV provider. Some providers allow multiple simultaneous connections, while others allow only one active stream at a time. Our players do not control the number of connections permitted by your IPTV subscription. No traditional TV login with a username and password is required. Supported applications use a device-based activation system, allowing the television to be activated using a code displayed on the screen. When activation is required, the application displays a unique code or Device ID on your television. You can use a phone, tablet, or computer to complete the activation process. Once activated, the television is recognized by its device identity, so you do not need to repeatedly enter login details using the TV remote control. If the application does not appear in search results, your device or region may not currently be supported. Where supported by the selected application, channels can be added to Favorites for faster access. Available features may differ slightly between Lumi Live, Velox Plus, and Velox Player for Android TV. Where supported, channel or content search can be used to navigate large IPTV playlists more easily. Feature availability may vary depending on the player version and platform. Lumi Live can display supported VOD content when it is available from the user’s IPTV source. The availability of movies, series, categories, descriptions, posters, and episodes depends entirely on the IPTV provider and the data supplied by that source. Lumi Live does not provide its own VOD library. Different TV platforms use different operating systems, media engines, codecs, and playback capabilities. A stream that works on one television or device may not necessarily be compatible with another.
